Second ConnectiCon '15 upload! Also was the second picture I took at the convention - I'm trying to edit and upload in order this time. We'll see how long that lasts. 
I've only seen a handful of Total Drama Island episodes, but I always liked Gwen. I recognized the cosplay right away, and my doing so definitely seemed to make the cosplayer happy.
Cosplayer: Unknown (In an ideal world, I'd always be able to get the names/dAs/Facebook pages/other applicable info of people, but between them and me having more people to talk to, places to go, etc; that usually doesn't happen.
